Common use of Assignment Fee Clause in Contracts

Assignment Fee. In the event that Landlord shall consent to a sublease or assignment under Article 13.1, Tenant agrees to reimburse Landlord for the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with such consent.
