Assignment Fees. There shall be no requirement for the payment of any fees to the Lessor in connection with any Leasehold Mortgage, Foreclosure or the immediate assignment after Foreclosure. The Lessor shall not require any credit review or impose any qualifying criteria on any such transfer.
