Assignment of Additional Work. Notwithstanding Article X, Section N of the Agreement, tenured secondary teachers of Nursing or Cosmetology shall have the right of first refusal for adult education Nursing or Cosmetology work at the hourly rate specified in Article X, Section K of the Agreement provided the employee is certified/licensed and qualified to perform the work. Nursing clinical assignments shall be at the discretion of the BOCES.
