Common use of Assignment of Exhibit Space Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Exhibit Space. Initial assignments of space will be determined by space allocation. Only companies returning the signed contract and required deposit by the designated deadline dates as determined and published by MVP Education are eligible to participate in priority space assignment. Following the initial space allocation, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit space shall be assigned by MVP Education in its sole discretion for the Event and for the Event Dates only. Any such assignment does not imply that a similar space will be assigned for future Events. Exposition Management reserves the right to change the floor plan, aisle traffic patterns and flows, entrances and exits or to move an Exhibitor to another booth location prior to, or during the Event, if Exposition Management, in its sole discretion, determines that to do so is in the best interest of the Event or as mandated by Fire ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, facility, local, state and federal government.
