Assignment of Reinsurance Recoverables. Cedent shall irrevocably assign to Reinsurer all reinsurance recoverables relating to the Reinsured Liabilities paid by Reinsurer and all rights to collect premium, salvage, subrogation or other recoveries related thereto (collectively, the “Reinsurance Recoverables”) in accordance with the Assignment of Reinsurance Recoverables Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B.
