Assignment of Rights and Responsibilities. Guarantor may not assign its rights and responsibilities under this Guaranty without Landlord’s consent. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that this Guaranty shall inure to the benefit of and may be enforced by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any of its successors, transferees and assigns under the Lease, and shall be binding upon and enforceable against Guarantor and its respective successors and assigns.
