Assignment of Staff. Referral Agency agrees to assign a “caregiver” to each AVCC client assigned to Referral Agency as requested by AVCC. Referral Agency will make all reasonable efforts to appropriately match the assigned caregiver to the needs and situation of the client(s) they are assigned to.
