Assignment of Teachers & Notification of Vacancies. Teachers will be notified of their teaching assignment in writing on or before May twentieth (20th) of the academic school year for the ensuing year. The Board will notify any affected teacher of any change of assignment -- it being understood that the Board in any event shall make the final determination with respect to assignment of teachers.
