Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of tenant leases with respect to each Facility, in the form of EXHIBIT H attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (each individually an "ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES" and collectively, the "ASSIGNMENTS OF LEASES") transferring all of the landlord's interest in the tenant space leases for the tenants for each such Facility as identified on EXHIBIT I (the "TENANTS") attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (as updated at Closing) and any amendments, guarantees and other documents relating thereto (herein collectively called the "LEASES"), together with all assignable non-cash security deposits deposited by the Tenants thereunder and not applied by Prudential in accordance with the terms of the Leases.
