Common use of Assignment of Tenant Leases Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of --------------------------- tenant leases, in the form of EXHIBIT O-3 attached hereto and incorporated ----------- herein by this reference (the "ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES") transferring all of the landlord's interest in the -------------------- tenant space leases for the tenants for the Property as identified on EXHIBIT I, --------- as such list may be modified, amended and updated from time to time prior to Closing in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (collectively, the "TENANTS") attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference and ------- including any amendments, guarantees and other documents relating thereto, including, without limitation, all of the New Leases entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (herein collectively called the "LEASES"), ------ together with all assignable non-cash security deposits deposited by the Tenants thereunder (unless adjusted pursuant to Section 5.1.1) and a schedule of all security deposits.
