Common use of Assignment of Tenant Leases Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of tenant leases, in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("Assignment of Leases") transferring all of Seller's interest in the tenant space leases for the tenants identified on Exhibit H attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference and any amendments, guarantees and other documents relating thereto (herein collectively called the "Leases"), together with all assignable non-cash security deposits deposited by the tenants thereunder and not applied by Seller in accordance with the terms of the Leases.

Assignment of Tenant Leases.
