Assignment of Trade Contracts to Trustees. The Licensee shall include in all trade contracts an assignment clause stating that the Trustees have the right to require that the Licensee assign the trade contract(s) to the Trustees. Upon direction from the Trustees, the Licensee shall assign to the Trustees for fully vesting in the Trustees all rights and benefits of the Licensee under such trade contracts or purchase orders, in order that the Trustees may proceed to finish the Project.
