Common use of Assignment of Warranties Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Warranties. Contractor shall assign to Owner all warranties extended to Contractor by material suppliers. If an assignment of warranty requires the material supplier to consent to same, then Contractor shall secure the material supplier’s consent to assign said warranties to Owner.
