Assignment or novation. 19.1 By ARTC (a) Other than to a successor of ARTC or to any body established by any person in relation to the management of the Network or any relevant or material part of it, ARTC may not assign or novate this Agreement, its interest in the subject matter of this Agreement or any right under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Operator which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. (b) Nothing in clause 19.1(a) prevents ARTC from entering into any sub-contracting or agency agreements or arrangements in relation to any of its functions.
