Common use of Assignment or Sub-Contracting Clause in Contracts

Assignment or Sub-Contracting. Vendor may neither assign a right under or an interest in this CONTRACT, nor delegate or subcontract an obligation under this CONTRACT without the written consent of District. Any attempts to do so without District consent, in writing, will be void.
