Tenant(s) agrees not to vacate, sublet or assign to another person any part of the Rented Premises without the advanced written consent of the Landlord and, while the Landlord will not unreasonably withhold consent to sublet or assign, it is agreed that it shall be reasonable for the Landlord to withhold such consent if the sub-tenant or assignee is not a student.
