ASSIGNMENT PREMIUM PAY. The assignment incentive pay for each employee serving in the listed capacities shall be as follows: Motorcycle Sergeant 3% Metro Team Sergeant (Red Team) 3% Collateral Metro Sergeant (Blue / White Team) 1.5% Metro Sniper Team Sergeant 1.5% Hostage Negotiation Team Sergeant 1.5% The incentive pay calculation will be based off of the employee’s base salary.
