Assignment Procedures. (This Section 16.2 describes the procedures to be followed in connection with an assignment effected pursuant to this Article 16 and permitted by Section 16.1).
(a) The parties to such an assignment shall execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent, for recording in the Register, an Assignment and Acceptance substantially in the form of EXHIBIT 16.1, annexed hereto (an “Assignment and Acceptance”).
(b) The Assigning Lender shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, with such Assignment and Acceptance, the Note held by the subject Assigning Lender and the Administrative Agent’s processing fee of $3,000.00, provided, however, no such processing fee shall be due where the Assigning Lender is one of the Lenders at the initial execution of this Agreement.
(c) The Administrative Agent shall maintain a copy of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to it and a register or similar list (the “Register”) for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders and of the Loan Commitments, the Revolving Credit Percentage Commitment, Revolving Credit Percentage Commitment of each Lender, Last Out Revolving Commitment Percentage, and the Last Out Commitments. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Lenders at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice. In the absence of manifest error, the entries in the Register shall be conclusive and binding on all Lenders. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders may treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register as a “Lender” hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement.
(d) The Assigning Revolving Credit Lender and Assignee Revolving Credit Lender, directly between themselves, shall make all appropriate adjustments in payments for periods prior to the effective date of an Assignment and Assumption.
Assignment Procedures. (a) Each unit's assignment selection criteria will include the qualifications and ability of the candidate(s) based on relevant education and professional experience and teaching effectiveness.
(b) The unit administrator will be responsible for selection decisions. He or she will ensure selection decisions are consistent with the criteria set out above, and will ensure these decisions are not arbitrary, discriminatory, or in bad faith. Once the unit administrator makes the selection decision, she or he shall provide the appointed sessional with the course schedule.
(c) Employees who have previously taught the same or substantially similar course(s) for which they have submitted expressions of interest and are not re- assigned to teach that course may request an interview with the administrator to discuss the appointment decision. Employees shall have the right to be accompanied by a Union representative.
Assignment Procedures. Not applicable to Teachers as defined in Article 2 (A)(p).
Assignment Procedures. In the event of an assignment in accordance with Section 12.2(a), upon execution and delivery of such an assignment at least five (5) Business Days prior to the proposed assignment date, and payment by such Successor Lender to the assigning Lender of an amount equal to the purchase price agreed between such assigning Lender and such Successor Lender, such Successor Lender shall become party to this Agreement as a signatory hereto and shall have all the rights and obligations of a Lender under this Agreement and the other Lender Agreements with an interest therein as set forth in such assignment, and such assignor making such assignment shall be released from its obligations hereunder to a corresponding extent, and no further consent or action by any party shall be required. Upon the consummation of any such assignment, the assigning Lender, the Successor Lender and the Borrowers shall make appropriate arrangements so that, if required, a new Revolving Credit Note is issued to the Successor Lender and a replacement Revolving Credit Note is issued to the assigning Lender in principal amounts reflecting their respective revised interests.

Assignment Procedures. Assignment Procedures. Assignment procedures will occur after the district has determined the positions to be filled for the following school year.
1. Vacancies for the subsequent school year shall be posted and filled in accordance with the provisions of this article. In filling such vacancies, it is recognized that the selection is the sole right of the Board. The assignment thus awarded to a teacher shall be considered the teacher's "current assignment" at the assignment meeting.
Assignment Procedures. 12.5.1 By February 15 of each school year, principals will distribute a Site Request for Assignment Form (Appendix N) to unit members to request the next year’s assignment. Unit members must return the form to the site principal within five (5) working days. The District will distribute tentative assignments.
12.5.2 Tentative assignments may change as they are based on current enrollment and knowledge of staffing. If tentative assignments are changed, the site administrator will communicate the changes with affected staff members in a timely manner. A change of tentative assignment will not be considered a reassignment for the purpose of this contract and Section 12.6 shall not apply.

Assignment Procedures. 1. Assignment of new employees to the District shall be made by the Human Resources Department in consultation with the building-site supervisor. Employees shall not be assigned to work-site locations where they will be supervised by one of these relatives of their immediate families: spouse, child, grandchild, parent, sister, brother, grandparent, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in- law, mother-in-law, or father-in-law.
2. New employees to the District who receive their initial assignment or are hired within one (1) week of the beginning of the school year or after the school year has begun will be granted up to two (2) days of professional leave as determined by the supervisor to prepare for the assignment.
