Assignment Process. Unit assignments are based upon date of application and eligibility requirements and are at the sole discretion of the Landlord. This Rental Agreement is not assignable without the written consent of Landlord; this Rental Agreement shall be voidable at the option of Landlord should an assignment take place without the Landlord's written consent. This Rental Agreement and the laws, rules, policies and documents referenced therein, are the entire agreement between the parties, and no amendments thereto are binding unless signed by both parties. Specific units are not guaranteed prior to check-in.
