Common use of ASSIGNMENT, SALE OR TRANSFER Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT, SALE OR TRANSFER. No Party shall have the right to sell, transfer or assign its interest in this Agreement (or any portion thereof) or asset(s), without the prior written consent of the other in accordance with requirements of this Agreement. No Party may sell, transfer, assign its interest or sell water to an existing wholesale customer in the other Party’s service area as set forth on Exhibit 2 without the prior written consent of the other Party in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.
