ASSIGNMENT, SALE OR TRANSFER. Licensee will not assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer this Agreement or any right or obligation hereunder without Intel's prior written consent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld in the event Licensee is acquired by an entity that is not a competitor of Intel. Any attempt to do so will be null and void.
