Assignment to Company. (a) Seller, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates, hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers, and quitclaims to the Company all of its and their right, title and interest in and to any Intellectual Property developed or created by any employee of Seller seconded to the Company, including, without limitation, the right to ▇▇▇ and recover damages and payments for past, present or future infringements or misappropriations thereof, and any and all corresponding rights that, now or hereafter, may be secured in any jurisdiction throughout the world.
