Assignment Upon Return. A teacher placed on ULA shall be reinstated to the position from which the leave was granted or to a comparable teaching position for which the teacher was licensed when the leave was granted. A teacher shall retain seniority rights and continue to earn years of service on the seniority list while on ULA, but shall not lose or earn experience credit on the salary schedule.
