Common use of ASSIGNMENT/WAIVER Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT/WAIVER. Either party may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement with written consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Any such assignment or delegation without such consent shall be void. A waiver of any default hereunder or of any term or condition of this Agreement and order shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other default or any other term or condition.
