Common use of Assignments and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Assignments and Amendments. Neither Party shall have the right to transfer their rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior consent of the Consortium Leader and the Fund. Amendments and modifications to the text of this Agreement with an exception of the Attachments and § 14 Art. 4 require a separate written agreement to be signed between all Parties.
