Assignments As Amendments. Such Assignments shall constitute amendments to this Agreement; shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement unless expressly provided otherwise in the Assignment; and shall provide for, among other things, the following, all of which shall be negotiated as part of every Assignment:
