Common use of Assignments by Lender Clause in Contracts

Assignments by Lender. Subject to the terms of Section 14P.(2) of this Agreement, Lender may assign in whole or in part its rights under this Agreement, including, without limitation, in connection with any Transfer, Participation and/or Securitization. Upon any unconditional assignment of Lender's entire right and interest hereunder, Lender shall automatically be relieved, from and after the date of such assignment, of liability for the performance of any obligation of Lender contained herein.
