Assignments, Etc. 22.1 The Administrative Agent The Administrative Agent may assign and transfer all of its respective rights and obligations hereunder to a replacement Administrative Agent appointed in accordance with the terms of the Facility Agreement. Upon such assignment and transfer taking effect, the replacement Administrative Agent shall be and be deemed to be acting as Administrative Agent for the Secured Parties for the purposes of this Mortgage in place of the old Administrative Agent.
