Assignments of Leases. Owner agrees to reimburse Manager for any attorney fees incurred in conjunction with the processing and documentation of any requested assignment or sublease of any lease (which fees may or may not be recovered by Owner from the Party requesting such assignment). Any costs for attorneys’ fees in conjunction with this Section shall be the expense of Owner.
