Assignments to Federal Reserve Banks. Nothing in this Section 10.06 ------------------------------------ shall limit the right of any Lender to assign its interest in its Loans and Note to a Federal Reserve Bank as collateral security under Regulation A of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, but no such assignment shall release such Lender from its obligations hereunder.
