Common use of Assigns and Successors Clause in Contracts

Assigns and Successors. Contractor shall not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights, obligations, or duties under this Contract without the prior written consent of CSN. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor shall be fully responsible to CSN and shall indemnify CSN for any acts or omissions of any Subcontractors hired by Contractor, regardless of whether CSN consented to the use of any such Subcontractors.
