Assist Owner Sample Clauses

The "Assist Owner" clause requires one party, typically the contractor or service provider, to provide reasonable support and cooperation to the owner in relation to the project or agreement. This assistance may include supplying necessary information, facilitating access to relevant personnel or sites, or helping the owner fulfill regulatory or administrative requirements. By obligating the contractor to assist, the clause ensures smoother project execution and helps prevent delays or misunderstandings that could arise from a lack of cooperation.
