Common use of Assistance of Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Assistance of Third Parties. Buyer hereby acknowledges, confirms and understands that Seller has no responsibility or liability whatsoever to Buyer arising out of or related to any third parties’ failure to assist or cooperate with Buyer. Seller is not liable for the potential failure or refusal of third parties to assist or cooperate with Buyer or Seller in the effective transfer, assignment, and conveyance of the purchased Loan and the Loan Documents.
