Common use of Assistance to Developer Clause in Contracts

Assistance to Developer. The Unified Government agrees to use reasonable efforts, without hindrance or delay, to help Entertainment, its agents, contractors, subcontractors, tenants, or land purchasers, to obtain building permits from the Unified Government and any permits or approvals required from any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency, whenever reasonably requested to do so.
