Common use of Assistance with Litigation Clause in Contracts

Assistance with Litigation. (Employee last name) agrees to provide reasonable assistance to SED and their counsel in connection with the litigation filed by Rockland Credit; including testimony at deposition and trial. SED agrees to provide reimbursement to (Employee last name) for any travel expenses required by such litigation.
