ASSISTING UTILITY Clause Samples

ASSISTING UTILITY. An Electric Utility which provides Assistance to a Requesting Utility. Employees of Assisting Utility shall at all times during Assistance continue to be employees of Assisting Utility and shall not be deemed employees of Requesting Utility for any purpose.

ASSISTING UTILITY. An “Assisting Utility” is a Participating Utility which provides assistance to a Damaged Utility pursuant to this Agreement.

ASSISTING UTILITY. Any Participating Utility which agrees to provide assistance to a Requesting Utility pursuant to this Agreement.
