Common use of Association Communications Clause in Contracts

Association Communications. The Association shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on institutional bulletin boards, and to use the inter-school mail service and employee mail boxes for communications to classified employees regarding matters for which the Association is lawfully involved, subject to reasonable regulations. Items placed in school mail must be signed by the responsible individual organization.
