Common use of Association Communications Clause in Contracts

Association Communications. 1. The Association may use City facilities as it has in the past for meetings with employees it represents. 2. The Association shall be permitted the use of designated bulletin boards located in conspicuous areas within each City facility for the purpose of communicating Association business to its members. 3. The Association agrees not to post any derogatory or inflammatory material regarding the employer. If any such posting is made, it will be promptly removed upon notification to the Association.
