The County recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent, for the purpose of establishing wages, hours, and conditions of employment, for all regular deputies who are employed in classifications listed below and who work a schedule of .5 FTE (20 hours per week) or more. Temporary or seasonal employees who work less than 1040 hours per fiscal year are not members of the bargaining unit. The bargaining unit shall consist of the following classifications: 1.
