Common use of Association Recognized Clause in Contracts

The County recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent, for the purpose of establishing wages, hours, and conditions of employment, for all regular deputies who are employed in classifications listed below and who work a schedule of .5 FTE (20 hours per week) or more.
