Common use of Association Time Provided Clause in Contracts

Association Time Provided. The Association shall be provided no less than sixty (60) minutes of uninterrupted time to communicate with bargaining unit members at all new bargaining unit member orientations meetings. Such time will be mutually agreed upon between the District and the Association. 19.6.3.1 The Association shall have District-paid release time to attend new bargaining unit member orientations meetings for one (1) bargaining unit member, selected by the Association, if any orientation meeting is held during contractual work hours. 19.6.3.2 The Association is entitled to invite California Teachers Association (CTA) endorsed vendors and CTA staff to the Association portion of new bargaining unit member orientation meetings and will have access to District audio visual equipment for Association presentations.
