Assumed and Fictitious Names. The attached Schedule 7.1.4 lists all assumed and fictitious names under which the Seller does business, together with, for each such name, the list of the offices in all states, counties, and all other localities where certificates or other registrations have been filed, the dates such registrations were filed, and the date when each of such registrations expires. Seller has complied with all applicable laws and regulations regarding assumed or fictitious name filings.
