Assumed Control/Emergency Operation of Facility by Contractor and/or Department. Contractor shall submit a detailed plan to Department for review and approval, that identifies how the facility/program will cooperatively work with other jurisdictions to effectively coordinate the continuity of operations of the facility/program in the event of an emergency, consistent with federal guidelines.
