Common use of Assurance of Title Clause in Contracts

Assurance of Title. Developer represents and warrants that he is the owner of the Property and has the legal right to grant the exclusive rights of service contained in this Agreement. Upon request, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to deliver to Utility evidence of such ownership including any outstanding mortgages, taxes, liens and covenants.
