At Closing. each Nominee receiving OP Units in accordance with the foregoing shall be admitted as a limited partner of the Operating Partnership. By executing and delivering a Consent Form, each Nominee has agreed and accepted all of the terms and conditions of the Operating Partnership Agreement and shall be deemed to have executed and delivered a counterpart signature page to the Operating Partnership Agreement.
