At Customer’s Request Clause Samples

The "At Customer’s Request" clause establishes that certain actions or services will only be performed by the provider if specifically requested by the customer. In practice, this means that the provider is not obligated to undertake these actions automatically, but will do so upon receiving a formal request from the customer, such as providing additional support, delivering extra materials, or initiating specific processes. This clause ensures that the provider’s obligations are clearly limited to what the customer actively asks for, thereby preventing misunderstandings and helping to manage expectations and resource allocation.
