ATTACHMENT D OTHER PROVISIONS. Attachment D, as attached to this Amendment 2, is hereby incorporated into the Contract in its entirety Child Support (Applicable to natural persons only; not applicable to corporations, partnerships or LLCs). Contractor is under no obligation to pay child support or is in good standing with respect to or in full compliance with a plan to pay any and all child support payable under a support order as of the date of this amendment.

For contracts awarded over $200,000 for maintenance, construction, or improvement project shall provide that all construction employees working on the project shall be paid not less than mean prevailing wage published periodically by the Vermont Department of Labor in its occupational employment and wage survey plus an additional fringe benefit of 42 and one-half percent of wage, as calculated by the current Vermont prevailing wage survey.
