Common use of Attachment Fees Clause in Contracts

Attachment Fees. 3.2.1 Licensees shall pay an Attachment Fee for each attachment made to Licensor’s Utility Poles in accordance with Appendix I. For the purpose of computing the Attachment Fees due hereunder, the Fee shall be based upon the number of Attachments for which licenses have been issued. 3.2.2 Attachment Fees are calculated from the first day of the month following the date a license is issued. Fees shall be payable semi-annually or annually in advance, unless otherwise provided. Payment is due within the later of thirty (30) days from the first day of January and the first day of July or thirty (30) days from the date the bill is issued.
