Attachment Inspections. Licensee shall provide written notification to Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Real Property Services Division, on a week-to-week basis, of the exact locations where the Licensee's Facilities are being constructed. Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may conduct frequent Attachment Inspections of Licensee's construction in progress, at the Licensee's expense, in lieu of, or in addition to, Post-Construction Surveys. Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall bill the Costs of such inspections to Licensee upon completion of the inspections. Such inspections shall not be performed unnecessarily.

Licensor shall bill the Costs of such inspections to Licensee upon completion of the inspections. Such inspections shall not be performed unnecessarily.
Attachment Inspections. Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may require Licensee to hire a third-party inspector to oversee Licensee's construction in progress, at the Licensee's expense. Licensee shall submit proposed third party inspector to Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ review and approval. Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ inspections of Licensee's Facilities may not be relied upon by the Licensee for any purpose other than the fact that Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ own requirements were met, excluding Licensee’s Facilities that Licensee elects to maintain in Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ space on the Poles, and shall in no way diminish Licensee's obligations under Sec. 2.2.1, or other relevant provisions of this Agreement.   • Document Inspection In accordance with section 216.1366, F.S., the Department or a state agency is authorized to inspect the: (a) financial records, papers, and documents of the Contractor that are directly related to the performance of the Contract or the expenditure of state funds; and (b) programmatic records, papers, and documents of the Contractor which the Department or state agency determines are necessary to monitor the performance of the Contract or to ensure that the terms of the Contract are being met. The Contractor shall provide such records, papers, and documents requested by the Department or a state agency within 10 Business Days after the request is made.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, inspection or investigation of the Grant Agreement and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency. B. As part of the services, Grantee must provide to HHS upon request a copy of those portions of Grantee's and its Subcontractors' internal audit reports relating to the services and Deliverables provided to the State under the Grant Agreement. C. Grantee shall include the requirement to provide to System Agency (and any of its duly authorized federal, state, or local authorities) internal audit reports related to this Grant Agreement in any Subcontract it awards. Upon request by System Agency, Grantee shall enforce this requirement against its Subcontractor. Further, Grantee shall include in any Subcontract it awards a requirement that all Subcontractor Subcontracts must also include these provisions.

  • Audits/Inspections Contractor agrees to permit the County’s Auditor-Controller or the Auditor- Controller’s authorized representative (including auditors from a private auditing firm hired by the County) access during normal working hours to all books, accounts, records, reports, files, financial records, supporting documentation, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable records, and other papers or property of Contractor for the purpose of auditing or inspecting any aspect of performance under this Contract. The inspection and/or audit will be confined to those matters connected with the performance of the Contract including, but not limited to, the costs of administering the Contract. The County will provide reasonable notice of such an audit or inspection. The County reserves the right to audit and verify the Contractor’s records before final payment is made. Contractor agrees to maintain such records for possible audit for a minimum of three years after final payment, unless a longer period of records retention is stipulated under this Contract or by law. Contractor agrees to allow interviews of any employees or others who might reasonably have information related to such records. Further, Contractor agrees to include a similar right to the County to audit records and interview staff of any subcontractor related to performance of this Contract. Should the Contractor cease to exist as a legal entity, the Contractor’s records pertaining to this Contract shall be forwarded to the County’s project manager.
