Attachment No. 3 is the integral part to the Contract and governs relationships of the Parties when they are not covered by hereof. In case of a direct conflict between General terms and conditions as attached herein and the terms and conditions of the Contract, the terms and conditions of the latter shall prevail. In other cases, General terms and conditions shall apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
