Common use of Attachment Rates and Billing Clause in Contracts

Attachment Rates and Billing. The Annual Wire-Span Attachment Rate for the initial year shall be prorated for the percentage of the year commencing with the License issuance date until July 1 of the following year. Thereafter, Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall render to Licensee the billing for Attachments annually as of July 1. The annual rate to be charged for the Attachment of Wire-Span Facilities is more particularly described in Exhibit B attached hereto, which rate shall be referred to hereinafter as the "Annual Wire-Span Attachment Rate".
